What QClerk collects to run accounts, Change Sheets, and email, and who processes it
Who this covers
QClerk provides 10-Q and 10-K Change Sheets. This policy covers the account, watchlist, purchase, and email data we process to run that service. Contact: praguepp@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Account. Name, email, and password hash when you register. If you use Google sign-in, we receive the profile details Google shares for that login (typically name, email, and a Google account id).
- Watchlist. Ticker symbols you add.
- Purchases. Plan, Change Sheet id, payment status, and the access that payment unlocked. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's checkout page. QClerk stores the entitlement, not the full card number.
- Messages. Name, email, and the text you send on the contact form.
- Newsletter. The email you subscribe, so we can send product and earnings updates.
- Logs. IP address, browser type, and pages requested, kept to operate and secure the site.
Change Sheets are built from public SEC EDGAR filings. We do not build an investment profile from how you read a sheet.
How we use it
- Sign you in and show the Change Sheets your purchase or preview allows
- Send the sheet, billing, and support email you asked for
- Send newsletter mail only if you subscribed; you can unsubscribe in any message
- Prevent abuse and fix failures
We do not sell personal information.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and database, and sends product email from
support@agentaigrow.com. - Stripe processes card payments when checkout is enabled.
- Google handles Google sign-in when you choose that option.
- Analytics providers listed in the Cookie Policy, only if an analytics ID is configured in production.
How long we keep it
Account, watchlist, and entitlement records stay while the account exists. You can delete the account in settings; we then delete the account data we no longer need to keep. Payment records may be kept for refunds, chargebacks, and tax. Server logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the service.
Security
Access to production data is limited to operating the service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
