Rules for using QClerk Change Sheets, including preview limits and refunds
The service
QClerk compares consecutive 10-Q and 10-K filings and drafts a Change Sheet with jump links to SEC EDGAR. The service is document comparison.
Not investment advice. For document comparison purposes only. Always verify against the official SEC EDGAR filings.
Parsing can miss a passage. QClerk does not undertake to cover every filer or every filing, and is not responsible for how you interpret a filing or for any investment decision.
Accounts
You must provide an accurate email. You are responsible for activity under your account. Watchlist tickers and contact messages are used to run the service. They are not a license for us to republish your private notes.
Preview and paid access
The free catalog, preview metrics, and one sourced quote are snippets. They are not the full Change Sheet and do not include PDF export.
A one-off purchase unlocks one company-quarter. Quarterly or annual access unlocks published Change Sheets for that paid period. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase for published Change Sheets while QClerk remains operational.
Intellectual property
The QClerk site, sheet layout, and our selection and wording are ours. The underlying SEC filings remain the issuers' and the SEC's public documents. EDGAR links point at those official sources.
Acceptable use
You may not break the law with the service, attempt to access another customer's paid sheets, resell or republish a paid Change Sheet as your own product, or disrupt the site.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or creates a security risk. A paid period that was already purchased stays available through the end of that period unless the suspension is for fraud, non-payment, or a legal requirement. Lifetime access ends if QClerk stops operating, as stated in the refund section.
Liability
The service is provided as available. We do not warrant that a Change Sheet is complete or error-free. Your check against the EDGAR original controls. We are not liable for trading losses or other indirect damages arising from use of a Change Sheet.
Changes
We post updates on this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the posted terms.
Refund Policy
One-off Change Sheets. If you buy a single company-quarter Change Sheet and we do not deliver it within 7 days of payment, email praguepp@gmail.com for a refund. After the sheet is delivered (full online access or PDF), the purchase is final except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Subscriptions. Quarterly and annual plans can be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund unused time on a period that has already started. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and is not refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Lifetime license is valid only while QClerk remains operational.
Previews. The free catalog, preview metrics, and one sourced quote are snippets only. They are not the full Change Sheet, do not include PDF export, and are not refundable.
